What is the mailing address to send the watches for repair?

*Note: MZB suggests that items be sent in a traceable manner (ex. Certified, UPS, FedEx, etc). MZB is not responsible for items that do not reach the MZB Service Center.
What is the mailing address to order watch components (parts)?

What is the turnaround time for repairs?
Approximately 6-8 weeks.
What is the turnaround time for parts orders?
Parts orders ship within 2-4 weeks.
What is the proper form of payment for repairs?
Repairs may be paid by check, money order, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) or debit card (must have logo of major credit card). Checks & money orders must be in US funds & also drawn from a financial institution located in the Continental US.
How will I be notified regarding my watch repair estimate?
Repair estimates are mailed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of watch. Customer may also contact our Customer Service Dept. Name & zip code must be provided.
What is the proper procedure to order parts (watch components)?
Parts orders & parts inquiries may be placed by phone, fax, and/or mail. All parts orders are pre-paid. Shipping & Handling for all parts orders is $3.50.

Provide style number of watch (on case back or beneath numeral ‘6’ on dial) or photocopy of watch & part requested.

I need a set of instructions, what do I do?
By mail: Send a self-addressed stamped envelope. Provide style number (on case back or beneath numeral ‘6’ on dial) or photocopy of the watch.

By phone: Provide style number (on case back or beneath numeral ‘6’ on dial) Warranty/ Instruction manual will be mailed to you.

*Note: In some cases verbal instruction may be given to phone.
Does MZB service and/or repair mechanical (wind-up) timepieces?
MZB only services & repairs watches that have quartz movements (battery-operated).
Is there a local service center available in my area?
No, all repairs are done at our Long Island city where we offer a full service repair facility.
